Common Questions
Can I share my access code?
Yes, you can. The access code must be used with the paired email address. Please note that only one person can be logged in with an access code at a time. To release an access code for use, please logout by clicking on the expiry time/email address section to the right of the header items.
Can I run multiple jobs?
No, you can not. This is to prevent malicious access code abuse. Generally jobs only take minutes to process which obviates the need to batch jobs.
My shaped surface has jumps in RLs
This occurs when the input area polygon or input surface does not extend far enough to account for the required area to achieve the target grade. Generally the solution is to expand your surface or area polygons. For example, the shaped surface below had an area polygon that did not cover a portion of the area to be shaped. The vertical cut off can be visually identified.
